How Airia collects, uses, and protects your information.
1. Introduction
Airia, Inc. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates goairia20.com (the "Service"). Airia provides an enterprise AI orchestration and governance control plane: when your organization's AI agents make LLM API calls, those requests are routed through Airia's endpoint, where data policies are enforced before content leaves your network and per-team token costs are recorded in real time.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the Company collects when you visit goairia20.com, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It covers information collected through the Service and through direct communications with us.
The Company is based at 600 Congress Ave, Suite 1450, Austin TX 78701 and can be reached at [email protected].
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
We collect information you submit directly, including:
- Contact details (name, email address, phone number) when you fill out a form, request a demo, or start a free trial;
- Company information you choose to share (employer name, role, project context);
- The content of any messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit goairia20.com, we automatically collect limited technical information:
- IP address and approximate location (city and region level);
- Browser type, operating system, and device class;
- Pages visited, referring URLs, and time on page;
- Cookie and similar identifiers (see Section 5 and our Cookie Policy).
Airia's platform product records API request metadata -- timestamp, team namespace, model selected, token count, latency, and cost -- but does not store the content of prompts or LLM responses by default. This policy covers data you submit on the goairia20.com website, not the separate data-handling terms applicable to customers who have executed a service agreement for platform access.
2.3 We Do Not Knowingly Collect Children's Data
goairia20.com is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
3. How We Use Information
Airia uses the information we collect for purposes specific to operating an enterprise AI governance platform:
- Respond to inquiries, demo requests, and trial sign-ups;
- Operate, maintain, and improve goairia20.com and the Airia platform;
- Send service updates and, with your consent where required, information about product features and pricing;
- Understand how IT and engineering teams discover and evaluate AI governance tooling, so we can improve how we communicate what Airia does;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or unauthorized access;
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information for monetary value. We do not use any data collected through this website to train machine learning models. Where applicable state law treats certain advertising arrangements as a "sale" or "share," see your state's section below.
4. Sharing of Information
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers acting on our behalf -- for example, cloud hosting, transactional email, and website analytics -- under contractual terms that restrict their use of the data;
- Law enforcement or regulatory authorities, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Company, our users, or the public;
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and measure usage patterns that help us improve the product. For full details and your choices, see our Cookie Policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to satisfy legal or accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes. Website contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months from last contact; inactive marketing-list entries are purged at the same interval. Server access logs are retained for 90 days and then aggregated into anonymized summaries. API request metadata retained by the Airia platform for platform customers is governed by the applicable service agreement, with a configurable default of 90 days.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, restricted-access databases, and least-privilege access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe you have discovered a security issue, please contact [email protected].
8. Your General Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, and the ability to limit certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9.2 Sensitive Data Consent
If we ever process sensitive data as defined under TDPSA (for example, precise geolocation, biometric, or health data), we will obtain your prior consent. The Service does not currently process such data.
